We had never experienced the deep cleaning of our home before. The team at Cinderella left a few hours ago, and I don't think our home has ever been this clean! Everything from the banisters to the chairs to the blinds has been taken care of in an epic fashion. I keep walking around and staring at how incredible our home looks. I am definitely a fan of all that Cinderella has to offer, and we will continue using their services. If you are on the fence and trying to decide if it is worth the cost, I will give a resounding yes!!! I am so glad my husband and I decided this would be worth it. UPDATE: It has now been over a year since we hired Cinderella to deep clean our house. They did such an amazing job we decided to use them on an ongoing basis. Besides the fact that the company is highly organized, reliable, friendly and professional, the house cleaners they’ve sent have all been wonderful. In particular, Hannah has been cleaning for us for many months. She is so sweet, hard-working, trustworthy, punctual and attentive. I’d recommend Hannah and Cinderella’s Cleaning Maid Services to anyone needing their house cleaned. We hired this company to do a deep cleaning of our home. They did an amazing job. We just moved into our house where the previous owners were a family with three kids so there was a lot of work to be done. Michael came by for the in-house estimate and could not have been nicer or more thorough. He covered things I hadn't even thought of but that I know I would have regretted not having them do. The two person team showed up right on time and even though my girlfriend and I were both unexpectedly home at the time of the cleaning they were very understanding and considerate. We were originally planning on having our two cats put up in a room that wasn't going to be cleaned but the cats had other ideas and the cleaning team was very sweet about it and were able to do an incredible job working around the cats. I honestly can't think of anything they could have done better. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. ~ Jonathan L

I began using Cinderella’s about a year ago. I love that they are local and family-owned. Liel and Michael are so nice and really care about customer service. My maids have also been wonderful - every one of them greets me with a smile and always asks about my satisfaction with the job they did or if anything needs extra attention. I especially love that they are willing to use my preferred cleaners (which i provide.) My only wish is that every maid have the same training as far as how to make a bed or set sofa pillows. Sometimes those little details make all the difference. Still, they are great cleaners and I’m very pleased with the work they do. Highly recommend! ~ Kristin H

Wow. Wow. Wow. We are pretty clean people, but life is busy and I wanted to hire a service to come for a deep clean: windows, blinds, baseboards, the works. And wow was I pleased when I got home today! My house hasn’t sparkled like this since I moved in. Even the water spots on the shower glass disappeared. They say their service is magic and they may be right. (I’ve been fighting hard water stains for years.) The ladies were professional and definitely earned their wages today. I’m thrilled and thinking I’ll do this annually. It’s the perfect investment for my busy life. I couldn’t be happier! After some bad experiences with other maid services, we are grateful we found Cinderellas. The service so far has been top knotch. The owner and his staff are pretty involved in ensuring the job is done right from the beginning - and any special requirements for cleaning sensitive surfaces or delicate glassware is done with care and consistency. You can tell when a crew is bogged down and rushing to move onto the next house - so far that hasn’t been the case. (They’re currently holding the record for longest streak with no items broken by a big margin). The maids that come in can vary, but so far we haven’t had one that isn’t pleasant and attentive. It’s been an added plus that the maids are fluent in English, which in the past has proved awkward when they need to call a manager to translate questions or bring something to your attention. ~ Zach G

Excellent cleaning service! The ladies were polite, caring about our antiques, and literally dusted every area I cannot reach! Our wooden floors and bathroom tiles never looked this spotless and shiny! This home is over 100 years old and each helper was thoughtful and thorough throughout this entire process to give it TLC. This was a birthday gift from my dear husband, and I am more than appreciative and grateful! A beautiful job on both floors that I literally invited friends over to see the proof of why I was especially happy with the superior results! We moved into our house two years ago. Although we were getting ongoing housekeeping service, our house had not been deep cleaned since moving in. I met Michael at the Georgetown Farmers Market; he came to my home and gave me an estimate and scheduled my appointment. Bethany, Diametriss, and Alyssa did an excellent job deep cleaning our house. Our stove and oven never sparkled as much as they do now, and the ladies paid close attention to detail, getting trapped dirt out of the corners of the floor. After having been through multiple cleaning companies over the last few years, I almost gave up as I always found myself having to go over their work. Then I finally found Cinderella's Cleaning (the name caught me!). After reading their reviews, I knew I had to give them a try. And boy was I glad I did! We hired Cinderella's Cleaning after reading their amazing reviews and talking to the owner, Michael. He was very thorough and detailed with the initial consult, explaining all the services and cleaning products. Alyssa has been cleaning our house bi weekly for a few months now and she's the best! Her attention to detail is impeccable. With a large shedding dog and two kids, our house gets a bit dirty but she makes it sparkle every time. We also have floor to ceiling glass in our primary shower with lots of hard water spots and she leaves the glass looking like it had just been installed. My previous house cleaner was not able to make it look even half as good. Thank you, Alyssa!! I also love the smell of their products. We are pleased with Cinderella Cleaning Service after our recent move in Georgetown, Tx. They were easy to work with, providing upfront cost after in-home, estimate. They took the time to accurately asses our needs and give a precise estimate of the time needed to accomplish our expectations. Once they finished the initial clean, they were honest and our house looked liked the old “Mr. Clean” commercials with glistening sparkles throughout. Just had my first experience with Cinderella Cleaners, and I’m so glad! They did a deep clean on my home and I’m blown away by the difference Jalynn made - especially with my kitchen appliances and cabinetry. My appliances look like new - and better than the pre-move cleaning I obtained from another service several years ago. And Mary worked miracles on hard water staining in the shower - I really didn’t think it could look that good. I know there are less expensive providers, but my experience is that Cinderella’s work product is superior and worth it. Btw, my newly dust-free blinds and ceiling fans make me smile! ~ sally p

I chose them because of their 5 stars and comments. Now I see why they have such a great reputation. I started with an initial deep clean, and going forward will do a regular clean every two weeks. My house has NEVER been cleaner! Holy macaroni!!!! Mary did an amazing job! There was not one thing she didn’t scrub, dust, or wipe, spray, you name it. From the windows and seals, to fans, doors, blinds, EVERYTHING! My house wasn’t this clean when I moved in. Lol I’ve been telling people about it ever since. Wow - we had a deep cleaning of our home yesterday and were amazed at the difference it made. We try to keep our home clean but fail to do those deep cleaning things (base boards, blinds, dusting in high places, fans, shower glass) on a regular basis and were amazed at the difference Hope, Inna and Jaylynn made. They were so professional and such hard workers - really paying attention to details and asking us to review each room as they completed and if we saw anything that had been missed. They were very concerned that we were left pleased with the job. I cannot stress how impressed we are with CInderella's Cleanning - everyone has been so friendly and professional from our first call with Roberta, to Emily who schedules our service to our maids Hope, Inna and Jaylen! From the moment I received a call from Michael to discuss the issues at hand, suggestions, quote (deep cleaning), & to my conversations with Mary throughout the process (I was traveling and not at home), I was very impressed by their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help. I helped a family friend for about a year and let them stay in a room & use a full bathroom for himself. When he left, I could not stomach cleaning it myself and looked around for a reputable company. Micheal really left and impression on me and I wanted to give them my business. I also had a leak from the ceiling that caused rust stains on the bathroom wall (tile) and tub and thought it would be impossible to get out but Mary did an amazing job and left everything spotless. Just super impressed with this company and will be using them when I move out. I would stop looking elsewhere and just give them a call and ask for Mary! I have had Cinderella's cleaning services now for more than 6 months on a bi-weekly basis. Hope is my regular cleaner, and she does an amazing job, always checking in on what are priorities. Plus, she gets along great with the dog. Today, I had Alyssa come, and she took the time to clean all of the vents, check on what needed to be done, and also say hello to my dog (getting along with the dog is a high priority. The advantage of this service is that if one person is not available, they can send another. The prices are high, but the reliability and the house being CLEAN are worth it. ~ M. R

Having Cinderella’s Cleaning Service come and give our home some extra tlc was just what we needed! We met with Michael who came by to walk our home and go over their prices and everything they offered and get us on the schedule! From there the ladies came over and got to work!
